Piano rentals within 200 miles of Memphis
Amro Music provides short-term acoustic or digital keyboard rentals for a variety of different venues and event types. We've provided instruments for wedding ceremonies, business receptions, symphony concerts, celebrations of life, funerals, conferences, church events, and more!
The base rate includes local delivery, tuning, and pickup. If your event is further away, the rental fee will be adjusted to include mileage outside of a 30-mile radius of Amro Music. Standard weekend rental includes a Friday drop-off with a Monday pickup. Additional days add $50/day. Tax is not included in the pricing listed below.

Digital Piano Rental | $199*
Our digital piano rental package includes the following items: Portable digital piano (88-keys, weighted, with built-in speakers), Music rack, Power cord, Damper pedal, Carrying case, and Keyboard stand.

Upright Piano Rental | $549
This size piano is ideal for intimate gatherings or company meetings in small rooms. $549 includes local delivery, tuning, and pickup. If your event is a little further away, we can help with that, too! The rental fee will be adjusted to include mileage outside of a 30-mile radius of our location.
Baby Grand Piano Rental (5' to 7') | $849
A beautiful baby grand piano is excellent for solo performances or large engagements in medium to large sized rooms. $849 includes local delivery, tuning, and pickup. If your event is a little further away, we can help with that, too! The rental fee will be adjusted to include mileage outside of a 30-mile radius of our location.
Allen Organ Rental | $1,000
The Allen Organ is the perfect choice for church organ players and large events. $1000 includes local delivery, tuning, and pickup. If your event is a little further away, we can help with that, too! The rental fee will be adjusted to include mileage outside of a 30-mile radius of our location.
Concert Grand Piano Rental (7’ or 9’) | $1,049
The concert grand piano is ideal for concert preparation and high-performance capabilities. It is the perfect choice for concert players and large events. $1049 includes local delivery, tuning, and pickup. If your event is a little further away, we can help with that, too! The rental fee will be adjusted to include mileage outside of a 30-mile radius of our location.

Are there any additional charges with the event rental program?
Rates are subject to change based on available inventory and scheduling concerns.
Additional fees will apply for any of the following:
- non-first floor deliveries (unless elevator access is available)
- non-local deliveries
- special delivery situations
- after-hours deliveries
- holiday deliveries
When should I reserve my piano?
To fully meet your needs, we recommend a two-week notice for piano rental reservations.
Do you deliver outside of Memphis?
Yes, we deliver up to 200 miles away!
Do you provide pianists?
No, but we’d be happy to give you a referral link to a list of local musicians who may be able to help. We also have upgrade options for self-playing pianos.
