Do I need any piano experience to join the Recreational Music Making program?

No! Whether you are new to the piano or you played when you were younger but still consider yourself a beginner, this program was specifically written for you!  And this is such good news for adults who have been dreaming of playing the piano. How many times have you said, "I wish I could play the piano," or "I wish I had never quit piano lessons when I was a child."  The great news is this program will help you do just that, and more!

What will I learn in the Recreational Music Making Program?

The program is set up in eight-week sessions. In your first eight weeks, you'll learn about the keyboard, the way the keyboard is set up, the names of the notes, and reading the notes on the staff. You will actually have the opportunity to enjoy learning to read music, play by chords and discover your creative voice in a non-stressful way. You'll also discover the numerous wellness benefits of playing the piano, since our program focuses on enjoying the process of learning.

How much does the Recreational Music Making program cost?

The 8-week lesson package costs $239, plus tax. This is an incredible value. Most private lessons cost anywhere from $250-$350 per month, while our program is only about half that price! To reserve your spot in the class, you'll need a deposit of at least half the fee. You'll also need a book for the class, which is sold in our store.

My schedule is tight due to work, family, and other responsibilities. When does Recreational Music Making meet?

How is Amro Music keeping group piano lessons safe?

We have implemented a number of procedures to ensure the safety of the students and teachers in our Recreational Music Making program. These include mask requirements, social distancing, sanitizing procedures, and more. You can download our COVID-19 Policies for RMM here
