Per the mandate from the City of Memphis, masks are required while shopping at Amro. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with a disposable mask, free-of-charge. The city is also providing free masks at these locations. If for whatever reason you are unable to wear a mask, we'll be happy to offer you curbside service. Simply call us when you arrive and let us know what you need.
We are allowing customers to test-play instruments and mouthpieces that they are interested in. We simply ask that you work with an associate one-on-one so that we can insure that the proper sanitizing measures have taken place before and after you are finished.
We are also encouraging all customers and staff to maintain a minimum of 6ft social distance from one another.
You may not know this, but Amro Music is cleaned 40 hours a week professionally. We clean our showroom and products during the day and evenings on a daily basis.
Every associate has hand cleaning gel and Clorox/Lysol wipes. We will be washing our hands after every customer interaction. There will be hand-sanitizers available throughout the showrooms. At our stores, we have implemented a policy of not shaking hands to protect you and our employees. Delivery drivers and service technicians will also have hand sanitizer for hand cleaning after every stop. They will wipe down every surface that they have touched.
