We're here to help. Please review the following information and resources from our store.

As a local, family-owned business, we too are trying to best navigate the uncertainty caused by the spread of COVID-19. Below you will find information regarding changes to our store procedures.

Showroom Hours: 

Our showroom floor will reopen on Saturday, May 9, 2020 from 9:30am-6:00pm. We will continue to offer curbside drop-off and pick-up from 9:00am-6:00pm on Monday-Thursday and from 9:30am-6:00pm on Friday and Saturday.

Phone & Email: 

We are available from 9 AM - 6 PM daily by phone and email.

Showroom Availability:

We are taking every precaution to keep you and our company healthy if you choose to visit us. We have launched an even more aggressive cleaning and hygiene program. We are limiting travel, and taking other actions of preventing the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

We want to keep you safe, playing music, and limit the possibility of anyone catching this virus.

Here’s what we're doing:

Cleaning

You may not know this, but Amro Music is cleaned 40 hours a week professionally. We clean our showroom and products during the day and evenings on a daily basis.

Hygiene

Every associate has hand cleaning gel and Clorox/Lysol wipes. We will be washing our hands after every customer interaction. There will be hand-sanitizers available throughout the showrooms. At our stores, we have implemented a policy of not shaking hands to protect you and our employees. Delivery drivers and service technicians will also have hand sanitizer for hand cleaning after every stop. They will wipe down every surface that they have touched.

Travel

We are a local company and don’t travel abroad. We will also not be going to any conventions or conferences until further notice. We will be limiting our interactions to co-workers located in their assigned areas only. Every in-person interaction with manufacturers, vendors, and staff will now be replaced by video conference or phone call.

Remote Work

Some associates from our internal departments, such as Marketing, Accounting, Credit, Sales, and Customer Service teams will now work from home until guidelines from the CDC permit regular work conditions to resume.

Again, fewer interactions mean less possibility of spreading illness.

Video & Phone Availability

In case you do not want to travel, you have several ways to talk to us. We have staff dedicated to responding to emails and answering the phones during our normal business hours. You can browse our website, read the blog, and talk to us if you need help on the phone. You can also use our contact form for any other questions you may have.

Current Customers

Despite this uncertainty, our commitment to sharing the joy of music remains intact. As schools transition to online learning, students will need their instruments to continue advancing and complete assignments. However, we realize that many of our families are currently facing some challenges. If you've been impacted financially by the COVID-19 situation, please contact us to create an individual success plan. We want to ensure that your child can continue on his or her instrument.
