Keystone Habits for Student Leadership
Clinician - Dr. Albert Nguyen
University of Memphis
We all have student leaders and, at times, some are more effective than others. What’s happening when they fall short? How do we create an environment that generates consistent leadership? How do we keep the momentum running beyond summer band camp or the first few weeks of school? Using research from best selling authors Brené Brown (Dare to Lead) and Charles Duhigg (The Power of Habit), this clinic will present concepts to help you develop and nurture your student leaders. It will also offer strategies that can be utilized to keep your students motivated all year.
Building Myelin to Build Better Musicians
