Why doesn't Amro sell more online?
Amro values our customers and the level of service we can provide. One of the challenges of Internet retailing is connecting with customers and building relationships with them. When you walk into Amro, you'll notice hundreds of pictures of band, orchestra, and piano teachers hanging on our walls. We make a lot of inventory decisions based on what these teachers use. It's impossible to maintain these relationships in an environment where we compete solely on price, such as on the Internet.
Finally, music is a social activity! We want our customers to feel free to arrange to meet at Amro and to interact with professional musicians who also frequent the store. This is an experience you can't get over the Internet. In this digital age, it's all too easy to connect and communicate via FaceTime and texting, but real relationships still happen face-to-face.
Does Amro have plans to expand onto the Internet for customer service?

Are the prices listed Sale Price?
Yes! We've discounted some items, including new & used pianos, orchestra instruments, and band instruments, by as much as 50% from the actual, current in-store price.
