Our rentals even allow you to apply a full year of rental credit towards the purchase of the piano you are renting or another piano of equal or greater value. In addition, the piano is delivered and tuned in your home.

Dear Joyce,

I have often told both you and Rick Jefferies how much Amro Music means to the success of the Memphis Chamber Music Society. But as we are mid-way through our twentieth season, I wanted to put it in writing. I am especially grateful to you and your team of movers, Larry, Lorris and Jamie, and of course Renee. Our concert season is particularly challenging because every event is held in a private home. Each time the Steinway concert grand is delivered, furniture must be moved and stored for the weekend. Your staff is always professional, always on time, and always willing to go the extra mile.

Hi Joyce and Happy New Year.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for setting up our pianos rental/tuning again this year for my volunteer holiday party. As you know, we've been doing this every December for quite a few years and my volunteers love the live music. This year you also recommended a pianist and she was excellent. Joyce, everyone I have occasion to deal with at Amro is always so professional, kind and courteous; beginning with you, to the people who deliver and pick up, to the tuners and this year the piano player as well. I just wanted you to know that I really appreciate your kind attention to detail and the professionalism displayed by your staff.
