Middle School Uniform Agreement
The school has provided each band student a complete band uniform. In order for this uniform to last, there are certain responsibilities that each student/parent will have to assume. These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- The uniform will not be taken home until the day before or of a performance.
- Students are required to bring the uniform back to school the next school day.
- The uniform will be hung on a hanger at all times when not in use.
- At no time is any material to be cut.
- Any damage done due to the negligence of the student will require replacement or repair at the discretion of the band directors. This expense will be the responsibility of the parent.
The total cost of our uniform, including the hat, coat and pants is $_________.
Please take care of the uniform! Leaving the uniform on the floor, on the bus, out of place (meaning not in the uniform room), not keeping it clean, are all considered negligence and we cannot allow this to take place. If you are guilty of any of these actions, be prepared to assume responsibility.
I agree to follow the guidelines listed above. I understand that this is a commitment to maintain the uniform at a level consistent with the excellence of this band.
